PERIGORD, in the land of woods, water and a 1001 chateaux, a beautiful chateau situated close to a historic town comprising a tower dating back to the 13 th century, the main building dating from the 19 th century and a barn renovated as a caretakers cottage. The monumental aspect of the round tower with attic windows is registred with the historic monuments (06/12/1648). The total habitable surface area is approximately 500 m² with possibility of 100 m² more in the renovated barn. There is also a round summer pavillon in the ground dating back to the 18 th century in need of restoring. 3,6 ha of land comprising lawns, gardens and woodland. A large terrace, stone walls, forged iron gates, fruit trees, vegetable plot and a well. The property comprise of 5 apartments including 3 in the 19 th century main building, one in the 13 th Century tower and one in the barn.
